These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the AdBlock Pro: Protect Yourself mobile application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. The service
The App is a Safari content blocker for iOS that filters advertisements, trackers and other unwanted web content. Filter matching is performed locally on your device via Apple's content blocker API. The App is provided on an "as-is" basis.
2. Subscriptions
The App is free to download. Advanced features are unlocked through an auto-renewing subscription in one of the following tiers:
- Weekly — $7.99 per week
- Monthly — $9.99 per month
- Yearly — $59.99 per year
Prices may vary by region and are shown in your local currency inside the App. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at the time of purchase.
3. Auto-renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your Apple ID will be charged at the same price for renewal unless a price change has been announced.
4. How to cancel
You can cancel at any time in your Apple ID settings: open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, select AdBlock Pro, and tap Cancel Subscription. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
5. Refunds
All purchases and refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store Terms. You can request a refund directly from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse-engineer, redistribute, or use the App to violate any applicable law. The App is licensed to you on a non-exclusive, non-transferable basis for personal use on Apple devices you own or control.
7. Content filtering disclaimer
The App blocks web content using pattern-based filter lists. Filters are maintained with care but we cannot guarantee that every ad will be blocked or that no legitimate content will be affected. Blocking may in some cases change how a website renders or functions. We are not responsible for site breakage, loss of functionality, or content unavailability caused by filter rules.
8. Updates
We may release updates to the App and to filter lists. Some updates may be required to keep the App functional. You agree to receive such updates as part of your use of the App.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you materially breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
